All Designed By Debz bras are handmade to order and made to measure. Because every piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on orders placed without a fitting. That is why we created this service.
Book a fitting, and if we get your size wrong based on our call together, we will remake it for you free of charge. No quibbles.

Why book a fitting?
Because all our bras are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on orders placed independently. Bra sizing is notoriously difficult - even experienced fitters get it wrong sometimes. This service removes that risk entirely. Your fitting is completely free - all you are committing to is showing up.
How it works:
- Book your appointment using this listing
- You will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link and instructions
- Before your call, take your underbust and overbust measurements in inches using a soft tape measure
- Debz will guide you through everything live on the call and recommend your size
- Place your order using the size we recommend together
- If it does not fit based on our recommendation, we will remake it free of charge
Important Information:
- Please let us know in advance if you need to rearrange your appointment
- The free remake guarantee applies only to orders placed using the size recommended during your fitting call
- Orders placed without a fitting are made to the measurements provided by the customer and cannot be exchanged or returned

Return Policy: If the item does not fit, we will exchange it or issue a credit note. In the rare event your product arrives damaged or defective, simply file a claim within 14 days of delivery. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded.
