Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Designed by Debz, every item is crafted to order, so we ask you to review our policy carefully before making your purchase.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: You can return items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are non-returnable.

Hygiene Considerations

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear and intimate items unless they arrive faulty.
  • Fault Reporting: Please report any faults within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. We may request photos to assess the issue.
  • Resolution for Faults: If a genuine fault is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are only accepted for bras and bralettes.
  • Condition for Exchanges: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags in resalable condition.
  • Stock Availability: Exchanges depend on stock availability.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Briefs, boxers, thongs, or other underwear (unless faulty).
  • Custom or made-to-measure items.
  • Items damaged due to wear, washing, or incorrect sizing choices.

Sizing & Fit

  • Size Guide: We encourage you to check our size guide carefully before ordering.
  • Assistance: If you're uncertain about sizing, please reach out to us before placing your order; we're more than happy to assist.
  • Policy on Sizing Issues: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues on non-exchangeable items.

Return Postage

  • Responsibility: Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Recommendation: We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Policy: Since all items are handmade to order, we do not offer refunds.
  • Resolution for Returns: Approved returns or faulty items will be resolved through exchanges or store credit.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Standards: We maintain high manufacturing standards and expect all returned items to be in brand-new, unworn condition.
  • Inspection: Items returned worn, washed, damaged, or without original tags will be refused and sent back to the sender.
  • Condition Policy: If we find that your return is not in new condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and may require you to pay for the return shipping.

  • Variations: Please note that colours may differ depending on screen settings and devices. This variation is not considered a fault.
