How long will my order take?

All products are handmade to order, so please allow 4 weeks for production and delivery, although this is usually quicker. 

Shipping time is on top of this:

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! You’ll get tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

Why don’t you accept returns on Intimates?

We make everything to order, and underwear/Swimwear is classed as intimate clothing — for hygiene and sustainability reasons, returns on intimates aren't accepted unless faulty upon receipt.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! Wilde Mode ships worldwide. Whether you’re in Europe, the USA, Australia, or beyond — we’ll deliver your handmade or partner-fulfilled items with care.

Will My Order Arrive in One Parcel?

Not always. Some of our products — especially t-shirts, swimwear, or accessories — are fulfilled by trusted third-party partners outside the UK. If your order includes both handmade and third-party items, they may arrive separately.

Will I Be Charged Customs Fees or Import Duties?

Depending on your country’s import laws, you may be charged customs fees, VAT, or other duties upon delivery. This is especially common for orders delivered outside the UK and for items shipped from our third-party partners.

These charges are set by your local government and are the customer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, Wilde Mode has no control over these fees.

How Can I Tell Which Items Might Be Subject to Fees?

If your item is not handmade in our Scottish studio, it may be fulfilled by one of our third-party partners. We clearly note this on all relevant product listings — look for a line like:

"Please note, this item is fulfilled by a trusted third-party partner outside the UK."

EU Import Charges - Important Information

Please note: From 1 July 2026, EU orders may be subject to a new €3 customs charge per item under updated EU import regulations.

This charge is set by the European Union and is applied on a per-item classification basis, meaning that orders containing multiple products may incur multiple customs charges.

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely outside of our control. Any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the delivery company or customs authority where applicable.

Due to these changes, some UK-made products may be temporarily unavailable to customers within the EU while we review the impact of the new regulations and explore alternative shipping solutions.

All eligible non-underwear items remain available for purchase and will continue to be shipped to our EU customers as normal.
