How long will my order take?
All products are handmade to order, so please allow up to 4 weeks for production and delivery, although this is usually quicker.
Shipping time is on top of this:
- UK: 2–5 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Do you offer tracking?
Yes! You'll get tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Designed By Debz ships worldwide. Whether you're in Europe, the USA, Australia, or beyond — we'll deliver your handmade items with care.
Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Not always. Some products are fulfilled by trusted third-party partners. If your order includes both handmade and partner-fulfilled items, they may arrive separately.
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in the UK and handmade both locally and globally. The vast majority of what we make is handmade right here in the UK, with a small number of products made in Latvia, Mexico, and Canada by carefully selected manufacturing partners.
We take our responsibilities seriously — every partner we work with is chosen for their commitment to quality, sustainability, and fair wages. We strictly adhere to fair trade principles and ethical standards, and we will never work with any manufacturer or trader who doesn't operate to a high ethical standard.
Why don't you accept returns on intimates?
We make everything to order, and underwear and swimwear is classed as intimate clothing — for hygiene and sustainability reasons, returns on intimates aren't accepted unless faulty upon receipt.
Will I be charged customs fees or import duties?
Depending on your country's import laws, you may be charged customs fees, VAT, or other duties upon delivery. This is especially common for orders delivered outside the UK and for items shipped from our third-party partners.
These charges are set by your local government and are the customer's responsibility. Designed By Debz has no control over these fees.
EU Import Charges — Important Information
Please note: from 1 July 2026, EU orders may be subject to a new €3 customs charge per item under updated EU import regulations.
This charge is applied on a per-item basis, meaning orders containing multiple products may incur multiple charges. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely outside our control. Any import duties, taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to these changes, some UK-made products may be temporarily unavailable to EU customers while we review the impact of the new regulations and explore alternative shipping solutions.
