How long will my order take?

As everything is handmade to order, please allow the production time stated on each product page. You will receive a dispatch notification once your order is on its way.

Yes - if your measurements fall outside the listed size range, get in touch before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What is your returns policy?

As items are made to your measurements, we are unable to accept returns unless an item is faulty. We are happy to offer exchanges - please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.
