A: Our underwear is made to order. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for production and delivery, plus shipping time.

Q: What is your returns policy for underwear?

A: For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate items are non-returnable unless faulty on arrival. Exchanges are accepted on bras and bralettes only, subject to conditions.
